We are Fully Functional

Our office is fully functional.  We are working on and resolving many of our clients’ cases.  For the safety of our clients, our community and our employees we are working both remotely and actively on our cases. We are having daily staff conferences and Zoom meetings to support one another and most importantly to work on our clients’ cases.

Cases are Moving Toward Trial

We are resolving cases. The courts may be substantially closed but we are engaged in remote pre-trials and mediations with the use of  Zoom and other technology. We are moving cases towards resolution or trial as needed through the use of remote depositions. We are actively conducting depositions with lawyers in multiple states to keep our cases moving forward and ready for trial when the Courts fully open. 

Helping Clients Get the Care They Need

We are helping direct our clients to obtain medical care if and when necessary.  We are helping clients identify providers who are continuing to work during the COVID-19 crisis whether directly or through tele-medicine.

We are mindful of the human impact of COVID-19 and are doing what we can to help. We at Polito &  Harrington are joining with fellow trial lawyers to reach out and help individuals whose ability to have a decent meal is now more at risk than ever.
