New London CT Highway Fatalities

The NTSB, National Transportation Safety Board,  announced that the number of highway fatalities is down again for 2011. They attribute the decline to the use of seat belts and the requirement that cars have air bags. As personal injury lawyers working in New London County, we at Polito Law have seen a dramatic reduction in serious injuries from serious car accidents. The requirement that operators and passengers wear seat belts along with improvements in the technology built into seat belts is largely responsible for the improvements in the statics here in New London.
