Lewis v. Clarke Tribal Sovereignty Case and the U.S. Supreme Court Decision
It was a “standard” car accident that led to a landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision. A Mohegan Sun limousine belonging to the Mohegan Tribe rear-ended a vehicle and injured the occupants.
