Connecticut Law Tribune: How a Waterford Attorney Showed Emotional Scars of Injured Cyclist

Attorney James Harrington was recently recognized in the Connecticut Law Tribune for his unique approach to settling a motor vehicle case by highlighting his client’s emotional trauma.  Typically in personal injury cases, a lot of attention is placed on the physical pain and suffering that plaintiffs have often experienced. Mr. Harrington successfully clinched a $250,000 settlement for his client by shifting the focus from physical injuries in this case, to the emotional and psychological trauma his client experienced as a result of the accident.
